Every Tuesday in the church we hold meditation in the Christian tradition, 7.15 to 8.15pm. Come to learn or, if you already meditate, just enjoy the pleasure of sitting with others to meditate. No commitment to keep coming is expected; people come as often or as little as they wish. No special poses are needed; we sit on the chairs just holding a good posture. Frequently members of the community or other churches come along.

There’s lots of conversation at the Friendship Centre. Some of us mix conversation with activities, craft or games and others just sit and chat.
Monday to Friday 9 am to 2 pm
A place for men to meet and relax while establishing new friendships, learning new skills and improving old ones. It's an opportunity to participate in activities such as community or individual projects, workshop projects and to socialise and discuss mental and physical health. The aim is to improve the overall wellbeing of men through social inclusion, physical, and mental activity. This shed is predominately a woodworking group, men 18 years and older are welcome.

Northmead Uniting Netball Club is a low cost netball club providing families in the Northmead and Hills area with the chance to play netball. Our club is welcoming, safe, inclusive and community minded and we provide our members with a fun and positive netball experience.
We are part of the Gooden Reserve Netball Association playing Saturday afternoons between April and August. Games are played at 12:30, 1:40 and 2:50pm. The club has been established for over 35 years.
